Description of App

Make Your Own or Use Ready Made Assessments Edulastic allows teachers to make test in various formats including written response,

Edulastic is a free assessment app.  This tool allows teachers to  both create assessments and/or browse an assessment library of pre-made and current assessments.

Getting Started

Create an account using your google account.  The Edulastic app offers a tutorial and training materials to help teachers get started. I set up my account through Google.  After taking a look at an assessment and data graph I became more committed to learning how to use Edulastic.

Dashboard

It's important to learn the icons on the left hand side of the dashboard which open a demo class, the assessment summary graph, a library with pre-made assessments, search assessments, my own assessments, my reports and manage the class. Assessments may be saved as private or shared with the public. Other options for sharing are to only share with your school or district.  Public lessons in the assignment library may be searched by grade level and specific standard.

Set Up Your Class
To set up and manage your class click on the left side icon that is the 6th icon from the top and resembles a square with four circles.  Be sure to set up a class and name it before trying to set up students.  After creating a class you will be able to use the url and code provided for adding student accounts.   Students need emails.

Pricing Information
Free with a freemium option expected to come at a later time.
